By creating an account or using Apirex AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 13 years old to use Apirex.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Apirex to build, distribute, or attempt to build anything illegal, malicious, infringing, or designed to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of the prompts, code, and apps you create with Apirex. We do not claim rights over your work. You grant us a limited license only to operate the service on your behalf.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans and credits are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for upcoming billing cycles.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Apirex available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or inside the product before they take effect.
